How long will it take my order to get to me?

Local – Some customers have noticed next day delivery. But please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery.
Regional – Up to 3 days Alberta, British Colombia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.

How does Canada Post's signature policy work?

During the checkout process you may choose to select 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required'. Read below for clarification on how this works in different areas in Canada.

Signature Required where mail is delivered to the door
A delivery attempt will be made at the door. If no one is available, a delivery notice card will be left at the door.

No Signature Required where mail is delivered to the door
The item will be delivered to the door. If no one is available and the item is too large for the mailbox, the item will be safe dropped, or a delivery notice card will be left at the door.

Signature Required to Community Mailboxes (CMB) and Group Mailboxes
A delivery attempt will be made at the addressees door. In rural areas, a delivery attempt will be made at the door when the door is within 0.5km of the line of travel. Otherwise, a delivery card will be left in the addressees mail receptacle.

Signature Required to Rural Mailboxes:
A delivery attempt will be made at the door, if the door is within 0.5 km from the rural route line of travel. If no one is available, or if the door is further than 0.5 km, a delivery notice card will be left in the mail receptacle.

No Signature Required to Community Mailboxes (CMB)and Group Mailboxes
The item will be delivered to the CMB mail receptacle or parcel compartment. If the item is too large for the parcel compartment, a delivery attempt will be made at the door, if no one is available, the item may be Safe Dropped or a delivery notice card will be left at the door. For parcel items being delivered in areas outside of a major urban centre, a delivery notice card will be left in the mail receptacle, directing the addressee to their local post office to pick up their items.

No Signature Required to Rural Mailboxes The item will be delivered to the mail receptacle. If the item is too large for the mailbox, a delivery notice card will be left in the mailbox.

I used to choose Canada Post for delivery and I only have UPS as the courier being provided?

We have made an effort to focus our shipping volumes with one carrier in order to keep our low free shipping threshold; however we still use Canada Post for PO Boxes and RR area's. If you would prefer Canada Post as it is easier for you our customer, please note in the customer comments "Canada Post Preferred" This will ensure our warehouse ships your order via the preferred method.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you chose 'Signature Required'- Please ensure that you, or whoever is at your residence to sign for the delivery has the damaged noted by the delivery driver. Do not accept the package without the damage being noted. Then contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Is coffee vegan?

Technically speaking, all coffee is vegan. It is blended and ground from the roasted unripened fruit of a small tree known as the coffee plant.

I'm a tea drinker. Will I see a difference in quality too?

Your tea will be exactly the way it was intended to be - no loss of taste over time. No brittle pieces of leaves or any of the other tell-tale signs of drinking a tea that is past its prime. You'll have an invigorating taste delivered with consistency whenever you want it.

Best Used By Dating Policy

It is our intentions to offer the longest dates possible while maintaining inventory levels to handle the growing product lines. It is our guarantee to offer you the client a minimum of 30 days consumption on any products sold online and in-store. In general our products have 6 – 15 months Best Used by dates. Any items sold with less than 30 days accompanied with a sale or clearance price will have it noted in the Short description online with the use by date listed, for in-store purchases we will have a clearance / reduced sticker to notify clients of a short date or past Best Used by dates.

Best Used by dates are not expiry of products that contain coffee, tea or non-milk powders. The products are not immediately spoiled, the manufacturer has indicated that the product may not be as good of quality as they were when produced. Each K-cup/compatible, POD, T-disc is sealed in an air tight package to ensure the freshest product. This is why consumers enjoy single cup capsules!

What is Keurig 2.0?

Keurig® 2.0 is the first Keurig® brewing system lineup that features Keurig® 2.0 Brewing Technology™ which is designed to read the lid of each K-Cup™ or K-Carafe™ pack to brew the beverage. The brewing systems allow you to brew a 4-cup carafe with the same ease and convenience of brewing a single-serve cup. Please note we do not currently sell the K-Carafe™ packs.

Keurig® 2.0 has some great features but buyer beware, it may not allow you to brew your favourite coffee that you have come to love over the past few years.

What single serve capsules WILL NOT work in the Keurig® 2.0 brewing systems?

In our short description we list items as "Keurig 1.0 Compatible & Keurig 2.0 Compatible. If it only states 1.0 Compatible it will not work in your Keurig2.0 brewer. The message below is what it will say when a 1.0 it attempted in a 2.0 brewer.

If you try to brew your favourite coffee that is not compatible with the Keurig® 2.0 brewing system you will receive this error message "Oops! This pack wasn't designed for this brewer. Please try one of the hundreds of packs with the Keurig® Brewed seal."

How does your Call / Text and Collect for your retail stores work?

This program is designed for our retail customers who are on the go. If you call or text our store with your exact item list and contact details we will confirm items are in stock and when its ready for pickup. Please note busy days may cause delays in responding to your requests, Orders will only be held for 24 hours from confirmation as no payment was captured.
