How long will it take my order to get to me?
All orders are processed at our facility within 2 business days of receipt. Delivery is as per Canada Post & UPS operating guidelines. With seasonal shipping (Christmas) please consult Canada Post or UPS guidelines for shipping timelines.

I used to choose Canada Post for delivery and I only have UPS as the courier being provided?
We have made an effort to focus our shipping volumes with one carrier in order to keep our low free shipping threshold; however we still use Canada Post for PO Boxes and RR area's. If you would prefer Canada Post as it is easier for you our customer, please note in the customer comments "Canada Post Preferred" This will ensure our warehouse ships your order via the preferred method.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Once we receive your damaged order claim we will contact you within 2 business days.
Is coffee vegan?
Technically speaking, all coffee is vegan. It is blended and ground from the roasted unripened fruit of a small tree known as the coffee plant.
I'm a tea drinker. Will I see a difference in quality too?
Your tea will be exactly the way it was intended to be - no loss of taste over time. No brittle pieces of leaves or any of the other tell-tale signs of drinking a tea that is past its prime. You'll have an invigorating taste delivered with consistency whenever you want it.
Best Used By Dating Policy
It is our intentions to offer the longest dates possible while maintaining inventory levels to handle the growing product lines. It is our guarantee to offer you the client a minimum of 30 days consumption on any products sold online and in-store. In general our products have 6 – 15 months Best Used by dates. Any items sold with less than 30 days accompanied with a sale or clearance price will have it noted in the Short description online with the use by date listed, for in-store purchases we will have a clearance / reduced sticker to notify clients of a short date or past Best Used by dates.
Best Used by dates are not expiry of products that contain coffee, tea or non-milk powders. The products are not immediately spoiled, the manufacturer has indicated that the product may not be as good of quality as they were when produced. Each K-cup/compatible, POD, T-disc is sealed in an air tight package to ensure the freshest product. This is why consumers enjoy single cup capsules!
What is Keurig 2.0?
Keurig® 2.0 is the first Keurig® brewing system lineup that features Keurig® 2.0 Brewing Technology™ which is designed to read the lid of each K-Cup™ or K-Carafe™ pack to brew the beverage. The brewing systems allow you to brew a 4-cup carafe with the same ease and convenience of brewing a single-serve cup. Please note we do not currently sell the K-Carafe™ packs.
What single serve capsules WILL NOT work in the Keurig® 2.0 brewing systems?In our short description we list items as "Keurig 1.0 Compatible & Keurig 2.0 Compatible. If it only states 1.0 Compatible it will not work in your Keurig2.0 brewer. The message below is what it will say when a 1.0 it attempted in a 2.0 brewer.
