Holiday Rum Cookie Frappe
- 1oz DaVinci’s White Chocolate Sauce
- 1oz DaVinci’s Cookie Dough Syrup
- 2oz Spiced or White Rum
- 2 generous scoops of Vanilla or Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 to 2 oz of Espresso, depending on your preference
- ½ cup of Milk
- 1 cup of Ice
- Whipped Cream
- DaVinci’s Caramel Sauce to drizzle
Combine the white chocolate sauce, the cookie dough syrup, ice cream, espresso, milk and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk and ice cream as desired to reach your favourite consistency. Drizzle a glass with Caramel Sauce, top with whip cream and more Caramel Sauce and enjoy your boozy cookie frappe!
Gingerbread Old Fashioned
- 3oz Quality Whiskey or Bourbon
- 1 oz Gingerbread Syrup
- 3 Shakes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel and a Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
- ½ cup of Ice
In your favourite lowball glass with ice, combine whisky or bourbon, syrup and bitters. Garnish with an orange peel. Cheers!
White Chocolate Peppermint Martini
- 1 ½ oz White Chocolate Liqueur (Godiva is an excellent option)
- 1 ½ oz Vanilla Vodka
- ½ oz Creme De Cacao (clear or white is best for this recipe)
- ½ oz Peppermint Schnapps
- ½ oz DaVinci’s Peppermint Syrup
- ½ oz DaVinci’s White Chocolate Sauce
- 1oz Half and Half Cream
- Crushed Candy Canes
Prepare your martini glasses first by rimming the edge with DaVinci’s White Chocolate Sauce and dipping it in your crushed candy canes. In a shaker full of ice, combine white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, peppermint schnapps, half and half and the white chocolate syrup and shake well. Strain into your prepared glass and enjoy your White Chocolate Peppermint Martini! Be careful, this may become a staple cocktail!
Spiked Hot Apple Cider
- 12oz Apple Juice
- 1oz DaVinci’s Natural Cinnamon Bark Syrup
- 1 to 2oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
- Whip Cream
- DaVinci’s Caramel Sauce
In a small pot, add apple juice and the cinnamon bark syrup, warming over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Into your favourite mug add either one or two shots of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and pour the hot apple juice over top. Top with whip cream, DaVinci’s Caramel Sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon for an easy spiked apple cider!
